Cuero Community Hospital’s Level IV Trauma Emergency Center is available every day of the year, 24 hours a day, to provide care for all patients. The center is staffed with nurses and physicians experienced in emergency medicine who are dedicated to providing efficient, caring and timely treatment.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is also readily available to assist you any time, day or night. Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) comprise our emergency teams providing care for patients in our mobile Intensive Care Units. A heliport is also located behind the Emergency entrance for emergency transport.

All CCH Emergency Personnel receive continual training in the use of specialized lifesaving equipment and techniques, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
