Strength Training
Everyone can benefit from being stronger. We can work harder, play more, and work out longer. Strength training also:

At the Wellness Center, we have a full circuit of Nautilus machines for a total body workout. Our free weight section is complete with cable cross bars, Smith machine squat rack, bench press, preacher's bench, and much more.
